Das Rennen wird zu dem Zeitpunkt beendet, der nach diesem Zeitlimit liegt. F\u00fcr die anderen Disziplinen gilt, dass sie gem\u00e4\u00df der Entscheidung in den endg\u00fcltigen Anweisungen beendet werden, sp\u00e4testens jedoch zur gleichen Zeit wie der Halbmarathon. Teilnehmer, die sich nach diesem Zeitlimit auf der Strecke befinden, tragen alle damit verbundenen Risiken auf eigene Gefahr.   <\/p>\n<h3><b>Altersgrenze<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Halbmarathon &#8211; 18** Jahre (Jahrgang 2007 und \u00e4lter)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">3\u00d71\/3 Halbmarathon-Staffel &#8211; 15 Jahre* (Jahrgang 2010 und \u00e4lter)<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Family &amp; Senior Run &#8211; keine Einschr\u00e4nkungen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*Teilnehmer unter 18 Jahren k\u00f6nnen nur an ausgew\u00e4hlten Disziplinen teilnehmen. Bei der Abholung der Startnummer m\u00fcssen sie die schriftliche Einverst\u00e4ndniserkl\u00e4rung ihres Erziehungsberechtigten vorlegen.<br \/>** Die Teilnahme ist auch f\u00fcr Personen unter 18 Jahren m\u00f6glich, wenn sie die <a href=\"https:\/\/oktoberfestrun.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Suhlas-s-ucastou-Maloleteho-na-podujati.pdf\">schriftliche Einverst\u00e4ndniserkl\u00e4rung<\/a> eines Erziehungsberechtigten vorlegen. <\/p>\n<h3><b>Proteste<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Proteste gegen die Ergebnisse oder den Ablauf eines Wettkampfs m\u00fcssen innerhalb von 30 Minuten nach der Ver\u00f6ffentlichung der Ergebnisse dieses Wettkampfs eingereicht werden. Die Organisatoren des Wettbewerbs sorgen daf\u00fcr, dass der Zeitpunkt der Bekanntgabe der Ergebnisse in jeder Disziplin festgehalten wird. <\/p>\n<p>Jeder Protest muss vom Teilnehmer oder dem Offiziellen, der den Teilnehmer vertritt, m\u00fcndlich beim Hauptkampfrichter eingereicht werden. Wenn der Hauptkampfrichter nicht anwesend ist, kann ein Protest \u00fcber das Rennb\u00fcro eingereicht und ihm zugestellt werden. <\/p>\n<p>Ein Einspruch gegen die Protestentscheidung muss innerhalb von 30 Minuten nach der Entscheidung bei der Jury eingereicht werden:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">die offizielle Bekanntgabe des Ergebnisses des Wettbewerbs, ge\u00e4ndert durch die Entscheidung des Hauptschiedsrichters, oder<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">  Benachrichtigung der Person, die den Protest eingelegt hat, \u00fcber die Entscheidung, wenn das Ergebnis nicht ge\u00e4ndert wurde<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Der Einspruch muss schriftlich erfolgen, vom Teilnehmer oder dem Offiziellen, der den Teilnehmer vertritt, unterzeichnet sein und von einer Kaution in H\u00f6he von 10 EUR begleitet werden. Die Kaution verf\u00e4llt, wenn die Jury die Beschwerde f\u00fcr unbegr\u00fcndet h\u00e4lt. <\/p>\n<h3><b>Haftung und Versicherung<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Der Veranstalter bietet keine Versicherung f\u00fcr die Teilnehmer an. Der Abschluss einer entsprechenden Versicherung (Kranken-, Unfall-, Haftpflicht-, Reiseversicherung usw.) liegt im Ermessen des Teilnehmers der Veranstaltung. Etwaige Kosten f\u00fcr Behandlung, Krankenhausaufenthalt, Sch\u00e4den usw. werden an den Teilnehmer weitergegeben.   <\/p>\n<p>Der Veranstalter \u00fcbernimmt keine Verantwortung f\u00fcr Sach- oder Gesundheitssch\u00e4den im Zusammenhang mit der Anreise, dem Aufenthalt und der Teilnahme der Teilnehmer an der Veranstaltung. Es liegt in der Verantwortung des Teilnehmers, sich vor dem Start einer angemessenen medizinischen Untersuchung zu unterziehen und Informationen \u00fcber seinen Gesundheitszustand im Zusammenhang mit der Entscheidung zur Teilnahme am Internationalen Friedensmarathon einzuholen. Jeder Teilnehmer startet auf eigenes Risiko.  <\/p>\n<h3><b>H\u00f6here Macht<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Je nach den Umst\u00e4nden beh\u00e4lt sich der Veranstalter das Recht vor, einige der in diesem Reglement oder den organisatorischen Anweisungen enthaltenen Informationen zu \u00e4ndern und zu pr\u00e4zisieren. Der Veranstalter beh\u00e4lt sich au\u00dferdem das Recht vor, die Veranstaltung oder eine der Disziplinen der Veranstaltung abzusagen oder zu unterbrechen, wenn ernsthafte Gefahren drohen, insbesondere Krieg, schlechtes Wetter, Terrorgefahr oder andere Anschl\u00e4ge, die die Sicherheit der Teilnehmer der Veranstaltung bedrohen, oder andere unvorhersehbare, gr\u00f6\u00dfere Ereignisse und Umst\u00e4nde.   <\/p>\n<p>In diesem Fall hat der Teilnehmer keinen Anspruch auf eine R\u00fcckerstattung der Teilnahmegeb\u00fchr oder eines Teils davon, da dem Veranstalter bereits in der Zeit vor dem Zeitpunkt der Unterbrechung\/Absage der Veranstaltung selbst Kosten f\u00fcr die Vorbereitung der Veranstaltung entstanden sind.
